Migraine in the Workplace Seminar, North County Dublin

The cost of migraine to the Irish economy is a staggering €252 million a year. This is due to a combination of workdays lost and a reduction in productivity – totalling almost four days annually. On any given day in Ireland over 13,000 people are suffering from migraine – the majority forming part of the workforce.
The Migraine Association of Ireland will hold a ‘Migraine in the Workplace‘ seminar on Wednesday the 18th of May 2016. the seminar will take place from 7 pm until 9 pm, in the Maldron Hotel, Dublin Airport.
Dr. Paddy Daly, former Clinical Director of the Headache/Migraine clinic in St. Vincent’s Hospital will give an overview on migraine.
Prof. Caoimhín MacMaoláin, School of Law, Trinity College will speak on Rights and Entitlements at Work.
Although this free event is aimed at HR staff, medical officers, occupational nurses and health & safety officers, everyone is welcome to attend.
