The Migraine Association of Ireland holds health professional training events throughout Ireland. These seminars are aimed towards GPs, hospital doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists and all other health professionals and are delivered by experts in their field. Generally they carry 2 CPD points.

Master programme in Headache Disorders
The University of Copenhagen has in cooperation with the Danish Headache Center, developed a new professional Master programme in Headache Disorders for healthcare professionals. The program is a 2-year master program (60 ECTS), taught in English with a combination of e-learning and intensive on-campus courses, and can be taken as part-time or full time studies.

The Master of Headache Disorders will develop candidates with highly specialized knowledge of Headache Epidemiology, Public Health; Burden of Headache; Clinical Headache Care; Multidisciplinary Headache Care; Emerging treatment strategies; Basic Headache Mechanisms, Clinical Headache Research, Headache Genetics; Educational and Organizational aspects within Headache
