Archived post from old website from Lauragie:

Hi all, I find that the weather affects my migraines. I hadnt had a migraine in 2 weeks which was brilliant and then in the past two days the weather has been really heavy and muggy and i got a 2 day migraine. I wonder what can you do to avoid this? Its easy to cut out the trigger foods etc.. but the weather is a tricky one! Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Weather is the main trigger for my migraines too. It could be changes from hot to cold, high to low pressure or the other way around. Minute changes in the air pressure appear to affect me. My migraine is normally 24 hour ahead of the changes though.

Can be very helpful.

As for eliminating triggers, leave the country! Move to the continent where weather is much more stable than here.
