migraine without meds...............

Have been to see Dr Ruttledge, re "M", and he has taken me off all meds, now, I have been off them 6 wks, and due to see him again in 2 wks, still having really bad M, BUT, have to say while Iam glad to be off meds, really strong meds, have to say I did get off my Dr, ZANAX, which I took one of when having bad attack, they took the edge off. I also get aura, which I hate...

I have had Migraine since i was in my teens, im now in my 30's ive been on medication all my life, but recently came off it, to see if my Migraines had past, but they hadnt. I get Migraine with Aura, which terrifies me especially if im driving the car when it comes on. I also feel coming off the med has made my Migraines worse. Im now back on med, this time its called Lyrica, still get them, but they are weeks apart this time. Am interested to know how you deal with the Aura if your not on med
