View Full Version : Cold Weather and Migraine
Hi, since the weather turned a lot colder here I have been troubled with frequent migraines. I am burning the central heating a lot and trying to keep my head warm. Has anyone else experienced this and any suggestions?
Thanks

Just to let you know that we have had a number of queries from migraineurs over the years asking if the weather can have an effect on their migraine.
Generally, it is thought that a sudden change in weather, atmospheric pressure, high winds, sun glare, etc. can have an impact on migraine.
Also, dehydration is a factor so if you're using the heating system at home a lot, try to intake fluids regularly.
