A Migraine Self Help Course will take place in the Tara Towers Hotel, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, consisting of three evening sessions. The sessions will take place on the 1st, 8th and 15th of June 2017 from 7 pm – 9 pm.

Doctor Paddy Daly, formerly of the Migraine Clinic, St. Vincent’s Hospital, will speak about migraine medication, migraine in children and migraine in the workplace, while Physiotherapist Carol Hopkins from the Archview Physiotherapy Clinic, will speak about what a Chartered Physiotherapist can do for Migraine.

Each session will dwell on a different topic/feature of migraine. Topics for discussion will include:

  • An Introduction to Migraine and the MAI
  • Migraine Symptoms
  • Other Headache Disorders
  • Migraine Medications
  • Lifestyle Issues
  • Complementary Therapies
  • Migraine at Work
  • Migraine in Children
