Bookings are now open for our Healthcare Professional seminars taking place in University Hospital Galway on the evening of the 23rd January, 2018 and  Sligo University Hospital on the evening of the 1st February, 2018.

The Galway seminar will be  presented by Dr. Tom Monaghan (MRCPI), Consultant Neurologist at University Hospital Galway and the Sligo seminar will be presented by Dr. Kevin Murphy, Consultant Neurologist and Head of the North West Neurological Institute, Sligo University Hospital . The speakers will advise on differentiation and treatment options for different types of migraine (menstrual migraine, migraine in children, exercise related migraine) and they will also give an overview of the treatment options available for chronic patients.

There will be ample opportunity to discuss cases and ask questions during the Q&A session following the presentations.

The seminars takes place in University Hospital Galway in the Small Lecture Theatre, Clinical Sciences Institute (CSI) on the 23rd January 2018, 6:30 to 9:00 p.m and in the Lecture Theatre, Research & Education Centre, Level 6, Sligo University Hospital, 1st February 2018, 6.30 – 9.00 p.m.

Light refreshments will be served.

2 RCPI, CPD Points are available to attending GP’s and 2 NMBI CPD Points for attending nurses and midwives.
